Booking Policy

Cancellations / No Show:

ellistic skin + wellness has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation/no-show notice given less than 48 hours before the session will be charged 100% of the session rate. 

Payment:

Please be aware that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to credit card/debit card transactions. You can pay via Zelle to offset the convenience fee charge. In order to make the transaction as seamless as possible, please have the Zelle app installed and set up prior to the appointment.

Acknowledgement:

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to abide by these policies. The act of booking serves as confirmation of acceptance.
